We understand the necessity of being on-site to meet with leadership and staff. This face to face opportunity builds relations, earns your trust, gains your confidence, and establishing rapport. Our typical engagement involves meeting you at your site for the first three weeks, including weekends, obtaining an understanding of the challenges faced. This is followed by an ongoing schedule of on-site visits usually two weeks on-site two weeks remote. Staying for weekends reduces the cost of travel and maximizes our onsite time. Your interim leader is all yours and will not be working for other clients during this time. We do not bill time and materials. A monthly flat rate is negotiated between both parties. This provides you with a known expense in advance and eliminates the risk of T&M contracts.
